For some time now, I've been tossing around the idea of building a cigar-box fiddle. Lots of good designs available....

problem is, If I built one I'd feel duty bound to try to learn to play it..... I haven't got time to play all the stuff I have already!

I can't play the guitar (very well, esp.bottleneck) either but somehow i still build the damn things. Suck it up and glue something together.

Interesting dilemma. I play CBG, but I don't feel duty bound to build them. LOL

If you build it, certainly someone is going to want to play it! Forge ahead soldier. Enjoy your build.
