i bought an 8 foot peice cut in half from missippi. its very expensive and alot of prep work. what you making?

i forgot where i got mine it was grown in mississippi. its not straight stuff will always have a curve to it. it comes green you have to scrape all the skin off or it will start to rot and its oval not round like regular bamboo. i got it here http://yucatanbamboo.com/
