Search the kitchen for parts to use in your builds. Just because the official challenge is over doesn't mean you shouldn't use something in the kitchen in your build and post it here.

Look through the kitchen and find things to use in your builds

Here we are clubhouse, only hours into a new year and time to have some fun.

I'm thinking that the first challenge here should be all out everything including the kitchen sink. Yup, that's our first group build, called Kitchen Sink. (still can't believe my Spam challenge got stolen). Raid the kitchen for parts, but make sure you can still cook and eat. At least one piece of the build must come from a kitchen.

Notice that nowhere does it say stringed instrument. Yes you can strum, pluck, bow and hammer it, but you can also bang on it, blow into it, shake it and stomp on it. It can even be an amplifier, microphone or anything musically related. Go look through the kitchen cabinets and see what jumps out at you.

Let's form the Kitchen Sink Orchestra!

Interpret it any way you want but when you post the pics make sure the Kitchen Sink works as a description.

*** Just because the official challenge is over, don't stop building with parts found in the kitchen.. Let's continue to post your creations for years to come!

bamboo skewers?

bent fork tailpiece?

sink drain trumpet?

stove drip pan reso cone?

sink tongue drum?

broom diddley?

coffee can steel or hang drum?

What could be made out of a toaster, breadbox, blender, coffee urn, salt shaker, can opener, potato peeler, kitchen drawer, pepper grinder or even stove fan??

Any ideas?

cake pan & vacuum cleaner pipe diddley with can opener tuner?

faucet flute?

cutting board/silverware kalimba?

spatula tremolo?

tuna can reso?

egg slicer bridge?

pressed for time? spoons - clack 'em HAA
