The rails are almost completed for my duplicator machine. Little by little I am getting closer to completion. Over all this will be a heavy duty machine.

The machine I am building is based on this type of system, a parallelogram. A parallelogram type machine can be used to drill holes like a drill press because the tool is always perpendicular to the base. The upper mechanism of my machine weighs 200 pounds plus. This weight keeps the machine very ridge with less tool chatter and tool bit less likely grab and run. I will post pics soon of my build.
