Cigar Box Guitar Headquarters - CBG HQ

This is a tenor scale ukulele I built using an Arturo Fuente Box.
Arturo Fuents's are one of my favorite boxes to work with. I made a Danelectro style head stock and used open gear tuners. It has an really sweet tone to it and a really comfortable neck.

Yes it's acoustic. The tone is excellent but it is a little quiet. I used aquilla strings on this one but I also like Worth strings

Is your Uke acoustic? I have made several tenors and none of them had much of an acoustic sound. Tried  all kinds of strings.
