Which way should the wires go when you glue in a piezo? Not giving it much thought, I glued it in with the wires facing the hinge side of the box. When I got back to this project, I realized that the hing side was the TOP of the CBG when played, and my short wires were facing the WRONG WAY. If I drilled a hole on the lower side of the box close enough to reach, the jack would be too close to the tail block to fit. I didn't want to pry the delicate ceramic piezo off, so I had to make some choices: solder on more wire (my soldering skills are dubious, and the longer a wire is, the more chance for annoying Humm), or I could flip it over and make it a southpaw CBG (but the cool box art would be upside down).
