I cut the handle off an old teaspoon to make the pick guard support brace.
There’s not much to say. The top and back are graduated. I spent a lot of time fitting the transverse braces under the top. This time, I didn’t kerf the linings but made them from solid strips. I carved a sharp ridge on the back. I inlaid 2 carbon fibre bars into the neck. I bought all the dark wood in various lumber yards in Mexico. I bent the sides over a cast iron pipe heated by a heat gun until it was sizzling hot. Lots of sanding! I sealed it with shellac before several coats of Tru-Oil rubbed on with my fingers. I cut the dots from tagua nut.
