Bottom mounted resonator plate is protected from contact dulling it by the actual box bottom, mounted 1/2 inch away. I would put it up against any resonator. That (my) design would blow them all away. It is LOUD!

That is cool.,,.yep, I have always favored steel bakepans to aluminum cones.,.you went the extra mile by mounting it on the back.,.,that is sweet.,.,LOUD?.,.,be Proud.,!!
