my nephew in louisiana once talked about making some kind of pickup that floats in oil of some kind, but i havent tried it yet.that tuna can piezo idea was something i wanted to try to see how it would work for reverb.i seen a pic of someone else doing that same thing in a different application. that is what gave me the idea, although the springs i used are not really well suited for this application i still got some results. since i built that i have found a new type of spring that i think will take it to a better level for results.you are welcome to use any idea that i have tried because its all about inspiration we give and inspiration we recieve.thanks for the liquid advice i may attempt to experiment in that area soon.

howdy richard, i just stopped by to answer your question about the tuna can piezo reverb.at first it had lots of highs,so i toned it down just a bit by placing a piece of foam rubber right under the floating piezo.than kinda took away from the reberb effect but its still obvious in its effect.thanks for your question.
