hey Rich i checked out your web site...Wow !! very nice...my wife luved it too. I have made a red cedar flute many years ago it was a kit from musicmakers. But it`s seen better days since the grandkids got a hold of it...lol. I have access to alot of different species of woods being there`s a local sawmill just down the road and with building stringed instruments i always have alot of woods on hand. I look forward to getting into this new hobby, and my wife looks forward to me making her some. Thx Again
hey Rich...i sure would like to do now to make a bamboo flute. I saw a vid on youtube once where this guy made one . Looked pretty easy, so i wrote down the info as he was making it. Well mine looked neat but didn`t work...lol. My wife likes playing her fake native american one but i sure would like to know how to make a real wood one or a bamboo one. I have access to wild bamboo and wood. Plus i got one of those spade bit extension shafts for my hand drill. Just need the right info to try it again.
