Thanks for the welcome Ted, I am looking forward to delving deep into this forum, I've already come across some inspiring projects. I came here initially looking for a wiring diagram to help me with my build, alas I have not found it. Either that means it won't work or it's an innovative original... Do you do custom diagrams?
Thanks for the birthday wishes. Sorry I missed them the last few years. But this one matters more anyway since I cross the line to full Social Security elgibility. I've got a question. My kit guitar came with a bridge that is hardwood and a screw as the nut. After I got it all together, I have found that the strings ride too close to the frets and my sound is ruined. Would yhou suggest I raise the nut, the bridge or both. The bridge is hardwood with no notches and I have bought some bone bridges that I am trying to figure out how to add to the wood, which is already securely glued to the guitar/ Any ideas?
