Uh THANKya Ted, thankya verra much. We have been a lot of places in the past 3 years and still going. Played a lot of joints, wrote some new stuff, published a new CD. Jo stepped up to a Gibson J15 acoustic/electric, and a more recent D'Angelo EXL-1 hollow body jazz box.
Lost 1 travel trailer to Asian Lady beetles in '17, settled in Tulsa long enough to save up and get a fresh house on wheels. Been full time on the road since December '18. Texas Hill Country is home until April then we move north to Lake Erie near Sandusky Ohio.
Thanks Ted. Enjoying the experience, wandering around your site. Very fascinating. Presently I am looking for information on using cardboard to construct a dulcimer, or a ukulele for my maturer aged family members in the hope it will widen their interest in playing simple but satisfying folk instruments. I have found the popular kit makers in USA. However given the high cost of shipping to Australia I think it might be smarter to focus upon getting information from those who have started from scratch, and then giving it a whirl myself. Best wishes John
Ted, I've just sent you a little something, a token of my appreciation for the inspiration I got from you, and for all you've done for the CBG movement for quite some time now. I plan to check out the the Go Fund Me site, maybe send it around to some other CBG folks, stir up a little financial assistance to ease your situation somewhat. Best wishes, you deserve it.
Thanks Ted! how are you doing? I saw your note about your predicament. and wanted to send a donation. Is there a go fund me type of thing around? If not, maybe I could send you a something through PayPal Friends and Family. Let me know. Best wishes for the new year.
