I know box staples are pretty wide but since they are for corrugated, not sure theyd penetrate wood

Thanks Ted . Diane, these staples work quite well and I'm building more like this in the future. I wonder if someone makes a very large staple gun that could shoot a staple in the neck an 1 1/2 wide?
