Bri, These corners look way better than any ones that can be bought from a suppler, and again really good advice on drilling the center hole.
hey randy,i used the shears or scissors is what most folks call them for all the cutting on the corners.so as you cut that circular part on the corners your scissors turn the metal kinda sideways and then it actually bends the metal as you cut but you just go with it and let it bend cause when you follow through with your cut its smoother.then after its cut you can tap the metal on the block of wood to get it squared up again. light tapping is all it takes to get the metal back into the shape you want it to be.thanks randy,good question.
how did you do the inside curves on the corners, did you use the big punch ?
