I can say this because you already know them. Ready? Wait for it...
Play the shapes of letters in the alphabet; first in lower case letters then in upper case letters. Then play the numbers. After you've got that down, rotate the alphabet and numbers to the left. After you've got those, rotate them to the right. After you got those, play them starting where the pencil ends the letter instead of where you normally start.
Caveat, these are post-bop motives ala Miles Davis, late John Coltrane etc... Even if you don't use them, they're great finger dexterity exercises too.
