Started building one today.  After I cut the box for the neck I realized that I did not measure from the top of the box.  The fret board is not flush with the top of the box.  It sits 1/8" lower.  Will this affect anything?  I'm also not sure how big to drill the sound holes or how many of them to drill.  This is going to be acoustic.  Just joined the website yesterday.  Lots of cool stuff being built here.

I'll get a picture posted tomorrow.  This guitar is going to be a fretless slider.

Add a 1/4" finger board and your good to go.
