lj , thats a whopping 24" scale length . i had that neck lying around the shop(60's import) filled the box with a piece of cherry and routed a neck pocket then just bolted it on . as long as you fill the box for strength you should be able to use the 34' . thats the 2nd bolt neck i made and on the others i made the necks

whats the scale? I havent been able to find a box big enough for 34". and im having a hard time finding 30" scale necks. did u build that neck yourself and go shorter than 30"? nice bass.
