This is My 3rd solidbody build. Hippie sandwich layered body with removable maple front cap. She has a Crocker Downunder. I really dig this one...its loud without the amp!

stacked vertically to make the thickness or stacked horizontally to make the width? sorry if its a dumb question. ive glued up body blanks from three bits plenty

Hippie sandwich is a reference to Gibson, Norlin era pancake sandwich bodys on Les Pauls. Usually three pieces stacked & glued. This reminds me a lot of a Rick Turner #1, played bu Linsey Buskingham. Awesome looking guitar Richard.

It`s great to see these awesome solid body builds coming from such gifted hands as the ones here in the clubhouse. I always said this site has some of the best builders around !!!! This build by Rich is just one of those examples, I can only see more and more fantastic creations coming from you all.
