Thanks for the compliment. I use techniques that anyone working in their backyard could do, cuz I am! I have some decent tools but they are pretty much in storage. Working with wood that I come across, I wing it on design. I have been repeating this headstock design because I had a lot of wood of this dimension. Actually stopped working on it for a little while because I was discouraged with some of its elements,but eventually finished it because it was there nagging me. . Have yet to decide if the 7-strings is the ultimate lapper for me, or superfluous.
E6, string-thru, pair of RWRP 6 pole cheap strat pups. The tilt on the pups was needed to compensate for the volume loss as each outer string had only one pole, the others were paired.
