I bet the hand saw would produce a more accurate cut than the jig saw since the blade is already across the entire cut and not as much chance for hand wigglin'!

this is pretty good brian, but i reckon u really need some kinda jig to keep the component 100% square to the sanding belt. otherwise even the littlest bit out and the wings wont fit so nice on the sides of the head, you know? great stuff
